Enables the device's ability to send position updates to the ROV (this is the default on power up). Other operations (for example, locating the ROV and sending updates messages to the remote host) continue as normal (note it is also possible to pause all operations, see the PAUSE command).

A text message is sent to the host when exiting MAVLink update mode:
