Valid Commands from Host to ROVL, Ethernet Only

Command: SEND-USRTH

Format: SEND-USRTH ON | OFF

Example: SEND-USRTH ON

Enables sending of the USRTH output message. This message is on be default in all earlier version of the ROV Locator.
