The Manifold 5S uses Blue Robotics standardarrow-up-right pinouts whenever possible.
The pinouts of serial, USB, and I2C are incompatible with Ethernet connections. Plugging an Ethernet cable into a serial, USB, or I2C connector will directly short +5V to ground. Don't do it!
