# Tether

If the Tether Interface option is installed you can attach a Fathom-X compatible tether. The Tether Interface installs on the connector circled in green in the image below (option not installed in this image). The tether itself connects to the terminal block circled in red in the image below. Make sure the polarity + and - match the tether interface on the other end of the tether. No additional configuration is required.
