The Manifold 5S has two USB ports usable when the Brain option is installed.

Pinout of the USB connectors follow the Blue Robotics connector standard.

A feature of Linux is that enumeration of the USB ports is not necessarily a priori determinable. So when you add or remove or exchange ports of USB devices, they may change their USB 1 and USB 2 enumeration. So you get the fun of experimenting to find where your device landed! Once you find your device, it will almost always stay assigned to the same USB enumeration if you don't change anything about the USB.
