The ring buoy kit includes a durable floatation ring, corrosion-resistant mounting hardware, and an aluminum frame that keeps the GNSS compass and the ROVL transceiver or receiver rigidly connected. The setup can be quickly broken down for transport and storage.

This floatation system is best for stationary deployment, for example, with an anchored boat and a breeze pushing the ring buoy away from the boat. It does not tow very well.

Remember to mechanically tether this with a rope and not the Ethernet cable.
