This section describes initial assembly after you receive the shipment. Please read the information bullets on this page before starting assembly.
The Omnitrack is not designed to be broken down into shipping-sized pieces on a regular basis, with the exception of the sting retention bolt. You should not be regularly removing and re-installing the assembly bolts.
The assembly bolts and nuts are aluminum to minimize galvanic corrosion. All assembly bolts should be tightened only until they are difficult, but not impossible, to turn by hand.
All assembly bolts except the sting retention bolt have reusable thread lock applied. The bolts can be disassembled and reassembled up to three times before the thread lock loses its effectiveness.
