Problem: Water ingress due to manufacturing defect

Summary

A manufacturing defect in the housing back piece can lead to water ingress. The problem was corrected on any units built after September 11th 2025.

Identification of Problem

• Water ingress in housing.

• All V2 Tracker 650 units built before September 11th 2025 are effected by this bulletin

Correction Procedure

Warranty Return: Submit a support ticket, Cerulean Sonar will repair the electronics at no cost.
