Provided external connections are a 4-pin JST-GH for connection to a Blue Robotics Ethernet Switch or RJ45 adapter, and spade connectors for connecting to power (10-30 Volts DC).

A converter is also provided for adapting from the 4-pin JST-GH to a standard RJ45.

Connection to the Omniscan 450 FS and Omniscan 450 SS circuit board is made through a 4-pin JST-GH for ethernet and a pair of stripped wires for power. Pinout is shown below.

Internal connection for the OS 450 Compact uses a 2-pin JST-GH for power as show below.

Omniscan FS internal connections to the circuit board are shown below.

And below are Omniscan SS connections to the circuit board.

Note: polarity of the transducer+ and transducer- wires is not critical, and some versions may have a black wire instead of a white wire.

When attaching the stripped wires to the circuit board, the wires are inserted one at a time into their respective connector. Press down on the button corresponding to the wire you wish to insert with either your finger or a flat-blade screwdriver, insert the wire until it stops, then let go of the button.
