These checkboxes control which output messages are output to the serial/USB port and the Ethernet (assuming Ethernet is connected).
The $USRTH message is included for backward compatibility with legacy ROVL devices.
The $USTLC message is used by SonarView to visualize the location of the ROV on the SonarView map.
The map output checkboxes control whether to send positions of the ROV or the boat to CeruleanMap. If the ROV is connected via network, the ROVL can also send the location where the ROV has calculated itself to be.
